Après le succès du International Talents Match au cours des trois dernières années, l’objectif du Talents Match est d’améliorer l’employabilité des anciens étudiants Erasmus+, en les aidant à profiter d’opportunités uniques. Comment ? En mettant en valeur auprès des recruteurs les compétences professionnelles et personnelles qu’ils ont acquis et développées au cours de leurs expériences internationales.

Les participants (élèves de la formation professionnelle et étudiants du supérieur) pourront rencontrer des représentants d’entreprises dans une salle virtuelle pour passer un «entretien à l’aveugle». Les recruteurs à la recherche de « talents internationaux » n’auront aucune information sur les candidats et les candidats auront que 10 minutes pour persuader le recruteur de reprendre contact avec eux afin d’organiser un entretien plus complet ultérieurement.

L’AEF-Europe et garagErasmus ASBL vont organiser deux sessions de l’International Talents Match: une pour les étudiants de la formation professionnelle en français (Mercredi 17 Novembre) et une pour les étudiants de l’enseignement supérieur en anglais (Jeudi 18 Novembre). Ne ratez pas cette occasion unique pour vous aider à trouver votre futur emploi !

Attention, cette activité est uniquement destinée aux jeunes qui sont en mobilité Erasmus+ ou qui ont terminé leur mobilité Erasmus+ au cours de l’année académique 2020-2021. Le Talents Match fait partie du projet “Le + d’Erasmus” qui vise à offrir des activités en ligne aux étudiants Erasmus+ de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles et aux étudiants issus de la FW.-B en mobilité dans un autre pays. Cette activité ambitionne de les aider à transformer la période compliquée que traverse la Génération Erasmus en une occasion d’améliorer leurs expériences tout en valorisant la plus-value des études et des stages effectués grâce au programme le plus emblématique de l’UE.

Le concept

Nous inviterons les entreprises et les jeunes talents dont les candidatures correspondent aux postes vacants qu’ils proposent. Chacun des jeunes talents internationaux sélectionnés aura 10 minutes pour convaincre le recruteur de le rappeler pour un entretien complet.

Une conversation informelle de 10'

Les entreprises et les candidats auront la possibilité de se rencontrer pendant 10 minutes et d’apprendre à se connaître de manière informelle, sans les contraintes du format classique d’un entretien d’embauche. Un signal sonore les avertira quand le temps sera écoulé.

Présentez-vous de manière directe !

Au stade des entretiens, les entreprises peuvent ne pas disposer du CV du candidat : l’objectif principal de la reunion est de comprendre si un profil professionnel spécifique peut susciter l’intérêt de l’entreprise. Le candidat doit donc se présenter de manière vraiment claire et efficace.

Vous cherchez un emploi qui tienne compte de votre expérience internationale ? Vous voulez mettre en pratique les compétences acquises au cours de votre mobilité ?

Le 18 Novembre 2021, jusqu’à 4 différentes enterprises seront invités dans une salle virtuelle avec des talents internationaux et des étudiants belges en échange pour passer un “entretien à l’aveugle” : les recruteurs n’auront aucune information sur les candidats et les jeunes auront 10′ pour persuader le recruteur de les rappeler pour un entretien d’embauche complet. Un signal sonore les avertira que le temps est écoulé. L’activité va se développer en anglais.

L’objectif du Talents Match est d’améliorer l’employabilité des étudiants en échange Erasmus+, en les aidant à profiter d’opportunités uniques en mettant en valeur les compétences professionnelles et personnelles qu’ils ont acquises au cours de leurs expériences internationales auprès des recruteurs.

Cette initiative suit le format du garagErasmus International Talents Match, lancé par notre Fondation en 2018. Elle s’inscrit dans le cadre du projet LE + d’ERASMUS en Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, mené par garagErasmus ASBL et l’AEF-Europe afin que l’avenir de la prochaine génération d’Européens ne soit pas profondément affecté par toutes les restrictions causées par la pandémie.

                              • Firewall
                              • VMware
                              • SAN (NetApp,…)
                              • Backup and archiving

                              • Active directory management
                              • User support :
                              • Basic support (Windows, office, hardware)
                              • Support for problems requiring investigation
                              • Troubleshooting related to software (office and/or lab) and hardware
                              • Review, writing and updating of procedures
                              • Management of documentation related to software and hardware qualification
                              • Participate in customer audits
                              • Follow-up of the installation of software and associated hardware (follow-up of suppliers)

                                Requirements:

                                • You have a scientific background (Bachelor or Master)
                                • Preferable experience in a similar laboratory role
                                • Hands-on technical expertise (application of analytical methods) in either:
                                • Gas chromatography
                                • HPLC / (U)HPLC
                                • You have a good team spirit
                                • Fluency in French
                                • Have a B1 level in English

                                      Work on innovative biopharmaceutical products under development (preclinical and clinical phases), being part of a team involved in projects outsourced by our clients. Those projects are related to the development, validation and/or application of analytical methods based on a protocol for the characterisation and quality control of biomolecules.  The candidate will be responsible for..

                                      • Performing daily laboratory activities related to the application of analytical methods
                                      • and/or stability studies analyses

                                      • Validation of raw data

                                        Requirements:

                                        • Scientific background
