garagErasmus Annual Meeting 2026: co-creating the future of mobility

The 2026 Annual Meeting of the garagErasmus Foundation, hosted by Università degli Studi Suor Orsola Benincasa, brought together our network a from across Europe for a two-day strategic and participatory gathering dedicated to shaping the future of mobility, skills, policy engagement, and network innovation. Hosted in Naples, this year’s edition provided a unique space for collaboration and reflection as we look ahead to one of the most significant milestones in European education and mobility: the 40th anniversary of the Erasmus program in 2027.

As we approach the 40th anniversary of the Erasmus Programme, the discussions, ideas, and initiatives presented in Naples reaffirm a common conviction: mobility is not only an educational opportunity, but also a catalyst for tolerance, understanding, and active citizenship.

In an increasingly complex world, investing in mobility means investing in a more connected, inclusive, and resilient Europe. Together, the garagErasmus community remains committed to ensuring that the next generation of Erasmus participants can learn, grow, and contribute to building a better future for all.
