3rd Transnational project meeting in Madrid

The third meeting of the Digital Life Learning project (2022-1-IT02-KA220-ADU-000088024) took place in Madrid on 22 and 23 February. The project was organised by the Plataforma del Voluntariado de España and hosted by the Fundación ONCE.
During the meeting, the project partners discussed and evaluated the pilot training of older adults by university students that took place in Coimbra in November, following the pilot training of university students.
The Portuguese pilot consisted of training sessions organised by university students where older people could develop their skills in using a smartphone, internet browsing, email management, social networking, online security, online public services, online communication, online shopping and banking, and image editing.
DigiLife aims to improve the digital skills of older people through intergenerational exchange and knowledge sharing with young university students.
The project partners and stakeholders are committed to promoting digital literacy for active ageing and improving digital inclusion.

Implemented by: garagErasmus Foundation, University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, People Behind, Plataforma del Voluntariado de España, Instituto Pedro Nunes and Cáritas Diocesana de Coimbra.
