Next Sunday 9 May garagErasmus Foundation will commemorate the Europe Day with an online Aperitif on the role of the Erasmus+ programme shaping the future of Europe. Check our event on Facebook!

gE would especially like to underline how the recently launched 2021-2027 Erasmus+ programme can make a significant contribution to a more united Europe. Thanks to its predecessors, over 10M Europeans have benefited from mobility work or study experiences that have unequivocally contributed to create a new generation of international talents. The more opportunities Erasmus+ gives to youngsters, the more future pro-EU engaged citizens our continent will have!

This online apéritif will also link the programme to the new opportunities the Conference on the Future of Europe -which will be formally launched on the same date, 9 May 2021- will deliver to Europe, as the Erasmus Generation’s participation on it is fundamental for its successful outcome. A Member of the European Parliament, a representative of the Italian National Agency Erasmus+ INDIRE, an ex-Erasmus talent which became an Erasmus Generation professional and current Erasmus+ students & trainees will exchange their views on what Erasmus+ & Europe means to them.

The event is also taking place in the framework of all the organised events in the framework of the together.eu campaign of the European Parliament.

Last but not least, if you want to do your bit for the Conference success, do not hesitate to join the EUth Pages for Europe project as an Ambassador: people who took part in the event will have +2 extra points in the selection process. Apply now! https://bit.ly/famb4eufuture.
