garagErasmus connects universities, cities, and companies to transform student mobility into long-term opportunities for people and society.
We help institutions turn international experiences into employability, innovation, and active European citizenship, supporting young talents not only while they are abroad, but throughout their journey into professional and civic life.

We believe that mobility changes lives. It expands horizons, develops soft skills, boosts employability, and strengthens the sense of belonging to Europe. But its value is not automatic: it needs guidance, support, and recognition.

Our story
garagErasmus was born in 2012 from a simple idea: the Erasmus experience shouldn’t end when the exchange is over. What began as a community of former Erasmus students evolved into a European foundation that brings together organisations committed to mobility as a driver of personal and social development.
Over the years, we have grown into a strategic partner for universities, local associations, and companies that want to invest in talent and internationalisation. Today, garagErasmus enters a new phase, one focused on impact, scalable solutions, and a stronger European mobility ecosystem.
garagErasmus is an established network of universities and companies and enables the Erasmus Generation to build their network of alumni, share projects, promote their activities, take part in events and training activities and meet companies and recruiters interested in their international profiles
