Training activities for university students and older adults in Rome
Following the pilot phase of training activities in Coimbra and methodological adaptations after the second TPM, the University of Tor Vergata and the garagErasmus Foundation commenced training activities in Rome on 26 February with University of Tor Vergata students. As in the pilot project, training is divided into two parts: the first is dedicated to student training, and the second to training older adults. Experienced trainers will deliver student training in Italian, which will include e-learning modules and face-to-face teaching. Trained students will carry out training activities for older people to help them develop digital skills they lack, in collaboration with Caritas Italiana. Upon completion of the training, students will receive micro-credentials from the University of Rome Tor Vergata to certify their competences.
