Antonia Caro-Gonzalez is based in Spain and has 25 years of experience in internationalisation in the research and innovation (R&I) field that have carved her innate ability to boost multi-stakeholders’ collaboration and ecosystem building. She is the author of several peer-reviewed publications on a diverse range of social issues related to internationalisation, higher education, societal impact and stakeholder engagement. She has pioneered a full R&I impact strategy that conveyed a concrete innovative range of sustainable development goals that have differentiated a middle-size non-research-intensive institution from other universities in Spain. She is also working with a fully digital university to experiment on the future of higher education in a hyper-digitalized world.

Marco Cillepi has lived and worked in Katowice (Poland) since 2011. He started his career as a Technical Support & Quality Engineer at Capgemini Poland, building his development path to become Service Deliver Manager in 2018 and Engagement Manager from January 2021. He also works as a Career Coaching and Consultant from 2019. He describes himself as a team player, people passionate and a highly motivated self-starter. Marco holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a post degree Master in Energy & Environment. He’s currently part of the Quality Assurance Board representing companies.

Michela Cobelli is a civil servant with a passion for the internationalisation of higher education institutions. She is a fund tracker, scouting for project ideas, identifying the best EU and international donors and supporting the proposal structure. She is also aware of new innovative trends in education and brings them to her institution. Cobelli negotiates international partnerships with other higher education institutions and external stakeholders. As a project manager, she manages international education programmes from conception to follow-up. Passionate about international politics and EU studies, Cobelli represents UNIPV in various networks, including the Academic and Exchange Mobility Working Group of the Coimbra Group, the Mobility and Intercultural Dialogue Subnetwork of UNIMED, and as a member and chair of the International Mobility Task Force of the European Alliance “European Campus for City Universities”. Michela also represents the University of Pavia as a member of the garagErasmus network.
