Our High-Level Council meets in Paris hosted by LVHM Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton

garagErasmus’s High Level Council met at the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton in 22, avenue Montaigne, 75008, Paris, France.

After a welcome speech by Group EVP Human Resources & Synergies LVMH, and garagErasmus Counselor, Mme Chantal Gaemperle on the importance of talent mobility and open-mindedness in the job market, there was an update on ongoing activities, development plan and review of priorities for the next years. The business plan made by Ernst & Young for Check-in Europe was presented and discussed. Everybody agreed on the potential and social relevance of this project for the future of thousand and thousand young people in Europe. Secondly, the involvement of private and public stakeholders was discussed. The following issue was how to give broad international visibility to the garagErasmus activities amongst Erasmus alumni, and various stakeholders. Eventually, the HLC members were invited to suggest items to be addressed to the European Institutions.

The High-Level Council is a consultative forum of the garagErasmus Foundation that supports the international and European development of its initiatives. The Council offers strategic advice to garagErasmus on EU issues related to the Foundation’s mission, as well as advice on advocacy and fundraising strategies with respect to private and public entities in Europe.  The Council collaborates to promote garagErasmus’s activities and mission in Brussels and in general in the 33 Erasmus countries.
