On 3 March 2021 garagErasmus Foundation & the Italian National Agency Erasmus+ INDIRE organised the first edition of ‘The + of Erasmus’ Talents Match.
All in all, 30 Erasmus+ students & alumni had the opportunity to convince recruiters from 5 different companies (Experis Italy, Froneri, Western Union, Wipjobs & Zerynth) to obtain their dream job. Before the interviews, all participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with companies’ profiles thanks to their presentations. Later on, many students and International young professionals had ten minutes to present themselves and convince the recruiters that they have the most suitable profile according to their needs and, therefore, have the chance to be contacted back for a complete interview.
The Talents Match is one of the three kinds of activities offered by THE + OF ERASMUS project, intended at promoting job hunting skills between Erasmus+ exchange students in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is based on the success of the garagErasmus International Talents Match. Projects like this one allow us to invest in the potential of the Erasmus Generation to overcome the current challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
