Description of the position

In the framework of the Operating Grant (SGA Project 101122028 ), garagErasmus is looking for 3 representatives from garagErasmus Foundation members to complete the Quality Assurance Board.

The Quality Assurance Board is composed of:

  • 3 representatives of the members, respectively of gE4Cities, university members and
    corporate members;
  • 1 Independent Evaluator;
  • 1 representative of the Administration Board of garagErasmus Foundation.
    The Quality Assurance Board will be chaired by the Independent Evaluator and supported by gE Secretariat and Board.


  • Revision and adaptation of the previous Quality Assurance Plan (QAP);
  • Revision and implementation of Quality Assessments;
  • Analysis and reports on impact of gE activities;
  • Finalisation and official definition of quality indicators and of monitoring procedures;
  • Production of a Quality Assessment Report (DEL. D5.2 Annual Quality Assessment Report) at the end of the SGA year.

Period of assignment

The assignment shall be carried out during the eligibility period of the SGA (01/01/2023 – 31/12/2023).
In case of a renewal of the SGA during the FPA period, the assignment period is intended to be
extended accordingly.
Starting date: 15/07/2023
Finishing date: 31/12/2023


Assignment performed free of charge with reimbursement of expenses.

The selection will be made according to applicant belongingness to garagErasmus Foundation
members (gE4’s, university members and corporate members) and his/her experience.
