Through the Digital Life Learning project, on 18 March, the students of the Università di Roma Tor Vergata trainied older adults on digital literacy, focusing on four main subjects: digital banking, credit cards, Microsoft Word and Excel. To be able to do so, the students underwent training by professionals on 26 February on technical expertise and effective teaching methodologies tailored for older learners. The initiative aims to enhance digital literacy among older adults, fostering social inclusion and connectivity within the community. Moreover, participating students can gain valuable teaching experience and receive certification upon completion, enhancing their credentials in the job market. By leveraging intergenerational learning, Digital Life Learning bridges the digital divide and builds a more inclusive society for all.
