Marco Cillepi has lived and worked in Katowice (Poland) since 2011. He started his career as a Technical Support & Quality Engineer at Capgemini Poland, building his development path to become Service Delivery Manager in 2018 andan Engagement Manager from January 2021. He has also worked as a Career Coach and consultant since 2019. He describes himself as a team player, people passionate and a highly motivated self-starter. Marco holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a post degree Master in Energy & Environment. He’s currently part of the Quality Assurance Board representing companies.
