Michela Cobelli is a civil servant with a passion for the internationalisation of higher education institutions. She is a fund tracker, scouting for project ideas, identifying the best EU and international donors and supporting the proposal structure. She is also aware of new innovative trends in education and brings them to her institution. Cobelli negotiates international partnerships with other higher education institutions and external stakeholders. As a project manager, she manages international education programmes from conception to follow-up. Passionate about international politics and EU studies, Cobelli represents UNIPV in various networks, including the Academic and Exchange Mobility Working Group of the Coimbra Group, the Mobility and Intercultural Dialogue Subnetwork of UNIMED, and as a member and chair of the International Mobility Task Force of the European Alliance “European Campus for City Universities”. Michela also represents the University of Pavia as a member of the garagErasmus network.
