Overview on the project
The International Talents Match is our main project facilitating employability of young professionals with international study or work mobility experiences.
In partnership with universities, it aims at giving current and former Erasmus students the opportunity to showcase their abilities in order to be hired.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
gE will set up a venue and invite companies & young talents whose applications correspond with the available vacancies offered by them. Each of the selected young international talents will have 10 minutes to convince the recruiter to call him/her back for a full interview.
