International Talents Match
The International Talents Match is our main project facilitating employability of young professionals with international study or work mobility experiences.
In partnership with universities, it aims at giving current and former Erasmus students the opportunity to showcase their abilities in order to be hired.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
gE will set up a venue and invite companies & young talents whose applications correspond with the available vacancies offered by them. Each of the selected young international talents will have 10 minutes to convince the recruiter to call him/her back for a full interview.
The concept

An informal 10 minutes conversation
Companies and candidates have the opportunity to meet for 10 minutes and get to know each other in an informal way, without the constraints of a classic job interview format. A sound signal will alert them that the time is over. The whole event will be held in English.
Introduce yourself in a straight-forward way!
In the interviews’ stage, companies may not have the candidate’s CV: the meeting is mostly aimed at understanding if a specific professional profile can affect the company. Therefore, the applicant should present himself in a really clear and effective way.

gE holds its first International Talents Match Online
On 21 October 2020, garagErasmus organised the fourth edition of the “International Talents Match – 10 minutes to convince the recruiter”. The event took place on Zoom due to COVID-19 restrictions all over Europe, and it was organised in cooperation with the University of Pisa.
garagErasmus exports the International Talents Match to Portugal
On 29 October 2019, garagErasmus organised the third edition of “International Talents Match – 10 minutes to convince the recruiter” at the EXPONOR Exhibition Centre in Matosinhos (Portugal), during the Feira Internacional do Porto, in cooperation with the University of Porto and Erasmus Student Network Porto (ESN Porto)
gE brings the International Talents Match to Vitoria-Gasteiz, in Spain
On 30 October gE organised the 2nd edition of the International Talents Match in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The event was held in Palacio de Congresos Europa thanks to the cooperation with Empleo Gune, Ayuntamiento de Vitoria-Gasteiz and EHU-UPV.
garagErasmus celebrates its first International Talents Match in Milan
On 25 January 2020 gE organised the 1st edition of the International Talents Match in Milan. .60 Italian and International young professionals had 10 minutes each to present themselves and convince the recruiter of one of the participating company to be called back for a complete interview.
