The online session of “From Erasmus to the Job Market” hosted by the garagErasmus Foundation on Thursday 21 December 21 2023, from 18:00 to 19:30 CET, will delve into the topic of leveraging skills gained from mobility experiences such as Erasmus+ for effective job hunting. The webinar aims to guide participants on optimizing self-promotion through essential tools like CVs, motivation letters, and interviews, aligning with the latest trends in the job market. Attendees can expect valuable insights and practical tips on presenting their mobility experiences in a way that enhances their employability and maximizes the impact of their international experiences on potential employers.
The webinar will be held by Marco Cillepi, Engagement Manager at Capgemini Poland and Career Coach.
The webinar takes place in the framework of the Learning Garage, a project by garagErasmus Foundation which includes different cspacity building events to help present, future, and past Erasmus students to valorise their mobility experience in the job market.
Marco Cillepi’s biography
Marco Cillepi lives and works in Katowice (Poland) since 2011. He started his career as a Technical Support & Quality Engineer at Capgemini Poland, building his development path to become Service Deliver Manager in 2018 and Engagement Manager from January 2021. He also works as Career Coaching and Consultant since 2019. He describes himself as a team player, people passionate and a highly motivated self-starter. Marco holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a post degree Master in Energy & Environment.
