The final report for the “Pact for Skills: Analysing up- and reskilling policy initiatives and identifying best practices” project has been published online by the European Commission. Due to its engagement in lifelong learning and in education, the garagErasmus foundation is pleased to share the report with you.
The report gives an insight into the significance of strategic investments in human capital to drive economic growth, achieve sustainability goals, and mitigate social disparities, focusing on up-skilling and reskilling actions to build a European skills economy.
Through a comprehensive study conducted during one year across 39 countries, the report identifies common partners and trends in skills and highlights different approaches for up-skilling and reskilling, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between the private and public sectors, lifelong learning, and green skills’ integration.
