On 22 June 2021 garagErasmus Foundation & the Italian National Agency Erasmus+ INDIRE organised the second edition of ‘The + of Erasmus’ Talents Match. 18 Erasmus+ students & alumni had the opportunity to convince recruiters from seven diferent Italian & Polish companies to find their dream job: LoanxChain, Siemens, A&A, It’s Prodigy, Maiora Solutions, WiPJobs and Veo Worldwide Services.
Before the interviews, all participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with companies’ profiles thanks to their presentations. Later on, many students and international young professionals had ten minutes to present themselves and convince recruiters that they had the most suitable profile according to their needs and, therefore, they should be contacted back for a complete interview.
The June Edition of the Talents Match is the last activity of THE + OF ERASMUS project, intended at promoting job hunting skills between Erasmus+ exchange students in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Projects like this one allow us to invest in the potential of the Erasmus Generation to overcome the current challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Stay tuned for new editions soon!
