Do you want to gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic European network?

garagErasmus is looking for a motivated curricular intern to join its team in Vicenza and support the implementation of European projects and communication activities.

Your Profile

Intern supporting the implementation of European projects and communication activities.

Task

Support the implementation and coordination of EU-funded projects (e.g. Erasmus+); Assist in project applications and reporting activities; Contribute to the organisation of events, workshops, and international meetings; Support communication activities (social media, content creation, basic visuals); Assist in maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders; Provide support in administrative and organisational tasks.

PROFILE

You are currently enrolled in a university programme and eligible for a curricular internship Strong interest in Erasmus+, EU projects, or international cooperation Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Basic familiarity with social media and communication tools Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team Strong written and spoken English (Italian is a plus)

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Interest or first exposure to EU project management; Experience in student associations, NGOs, or international environments; Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress; Interest in event organisation and communication;
