Participate to the public consultation on the future of the EU

As Europe looks ahead to the post-2027 period, the European Commission is setting the stage for the new Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF).

The goal will be to create a more focused, simpler, and impactful EU budget that aligns with the Union’s priorities and promotes a future of growth and innovation.

A key element of this process is the public consultation launched by the Commission, inviting citizens, stakeholders, and organizations to offer their feedback on the future EU budget. This consultation is a vital opportunity for Europeans to shape how EU funds will be allocated, particularly in areas crucial for the Union’s long-term success, such as education, youth, media, culture, and civil society.

Feedback will be gathered from citizens, national governments, and regional stakeholders alike and will concern education, youth, and culture, competitiveness, external action, civil protection and crisis preparedness and the single market and cooperation between national authorities.

This consultation is an essential step in building a more resilient and forward-looking EU budget, one that empowers Europeans and strengthens the EU’s global standing.

Whether you’re a citizen, student, business owner, or regional stakeholder, your input matters. To join the conversation and have your say, visit the official consultation platforms by clicking on the button below.

Deadline: 6 May 2025
